At Quantium, Natalie leads the Hospital division with a clear mission: to leverage data science and AI to solve critical healthcare challenges and improve patients’ experience and outcomes. She is a healthcare leader who has partnered with various organisations to transform how care is delivered through deep partnerships, strategic data application and digital innovation. ​

Natalie’s multifaceted career spans strategic leadership roles at NSW Health, management consulting at KPMG, and frontline clinical practice – providing her with a comprehensive perspective on healthcare transformation and the rare ability to translate frontline clinical insights into strategic vision. ​

This integrated experience has honed her exceptional ability to influence meaningful change at local, state, and federal levels across both public and private health sectors. Her portfolio includes spearheading digital health strategies supporting reforms valued at $500M, managing public-private partnerships to address various healthcare challenges during COVID, and managing multi-million-dollar digital health/ICT initiatives that have revolutionised service delivery models across the state.​

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Podiatric Medicine and Master of Health Administration and remains an AHPRA-registered podiatrist. Beyond her corporate leadership, Natalie serves as a Board Director for South West Community Transport.​
