Quantium team

Natalie was appointed to the Quantium board in December 2022 and is the Managing Director of Woolworths Supermarkets. Prior to this, Natalie was the Managing Director of Woolworths New Zealand from July 2018, and before that, the Chief Customer Transformation Officer, Woolworths Group from May 2017, leading the development of the Group’s Customer 1st strategies, transformation and culture.

Before joining Woolworths in July 2015, Natalie was a Partner at McKinsey & Co, where she worked in the UK and Australia for 15 years advising on strategy and commercial transformation.
