Ghazi is an Executive Manager with over 10 years’ experience in data science and policy, both as a civil servant and as a consultant working with the government, healthcare, and energy sectors

Ghazi founded the Victorian Centre for Data Insights in the Department of Premier and Cabinet, and he has extensive experience in strategic and policy review for UK, Commonwealth, Victorian and NSW governments.

His previous work in healthcare in Victoria included building the baseline dataset on chronic disease and avoidable hospitalisations to support the Carepoint clinical trial. He also undertook an integrated analysis of health and human services data to support a review of Alcohol and Other Drug treatment services in Victoria.
