Brent is a senior finance executive with 20 years professional experience in corporate development, M&A, private equity and investment banking in both Australia and the UK.

Brent has extensive experience working in senior leadership roles in blue chip organisations to influence and implement corporate growth and portfolio rationalisation strategies across significant M&A transactions that deliver shareholder value and has most recently led the Group M&A, Treasury, Tax and Portfolio Finance teams at Woolworths.  Previously as Head of M&A he oversaw major acquisitions as well as advising on corporate finance and growth initiatives.

Prior to Woolworths, Brent gained experience in private equity investing, investment banking and corporate law and holds undergraduate degrees in Commerce and Law and is a CPA and qualified legal practitioner in NSW.
