Natalie brings over 20 years of human resources experience developing programs for transformational change, high-performance cultures and global health and wellbeing. Natalie is energised about developing great organisations with great people who deliver outstanding results.

Natalie was previously Human Resources Director Asia Pacific for ITW Construction Products, a Fortune 200 global multi-industrial manufacturing leader with approximately 48,000 colleagues in operations around the world.

Prior to this, she was at Mars Food Australia for 20 years as Human Resources Director, serving as a key member of the Australian leadership team and responsible for leading the people strategy with a strong commercial focus.
