Justin is the Head of Private Health for Quantium’s Health practice. He has over 16 years’ experience spanning the US, European, African and Asia Pacific markets, focussing on health care strategy, consulting, data analytics and innovation in funding and delivery models.

Justin has led major projects with multinational health care, health management and pharmaceutical companies and international NGOs. The scope of these projects include the ideation and planning for disruptive innovation, market entry strategies and both conventional and digital go-to-market strategies in health care.

Prior to Quantium, Justin was Head of Strategy and Insights at Health Outcomes Australia. Before this, he spent ten years working across Hong Kong, Shanghai and London as a Principal with the Boston Consulting Group.

Justin holds a BSc from the University of Sydney and a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry from Cambridge University, where his research focused on computational methods for modelling chemical reactions.
