Quantium team

Caryn was appointed to the Quantium Board in October 2024. Caryn is the Chief People Officer for Woolworths Group, appointed in November 2016. Prior to this appointment, Caryn held the role of HR Director for Woolworths Food Group and General Manager Business Transformation.

Before her current position, Caryn worked across various senior HR roles within the Group, including positions in BIG W, Supply Chain and Corporate Support. She brings over 25 years of experience in the retail industry.

Caryn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa and has been a member of Chief Executive Women since 2017.
