Alix is an Executive Manager with a diverse background in data science, policy development and strategic planning. She has over 10 years of experience in developing data science solutions for complex problems in the public and healthcare sector, including in the fields of outcomes measurement, risk assessment and non-compliance detection.

Alix is passionate about working closely with her clients to develop practical solutions that harness the power of big data and analytics to enhance government service delivery and enable evidence-based policy development. She is skilled in the delivery of a wide range of analytical solutions, from machine learning models that identify fraud and non-compliance to data and analytics strategies which enable organisation to optimise their use of analytics to improve service delivery.

Prior to joining Quantium, Alix worked as a Senior Data Scientist for the Federal Department of Home Affairs, a Senior Statistical and Risk Analyst for the Federal Office of Transport Security, and a Social Scientist at the Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics and Sciences.

Alix holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Data Analytics.
