Tarah is the Executive for Government at Quantium. In this role, Tarah leads a team that partners with public sector clients to harness data for policy design and service delivery. Having spent more than a decade working in government or as a consultant to public sector clients, Tarah is deeply passionate about strengthening government service delivery and developing public policy to improve the lives of Australians. Tarah has led over 100 projects across federal and state departments of social services, disability services, central agencies, industry, trade and education.

Previously, Tarah was a Principal at AlphaBeta, an economics consulting firm and a consultant to US government departments with Monitor Deloitte. Tarah has also worked at the highest levels of government, as an Adviser to Prime Minister Rudd and in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.

Tarah holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University, where she studied as a Fulbright Scholar, and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Arts from the University of Sydney.
