Conrad Hamill
Executive ManagerConrad brings over ten years consulting experience dedicated to shifting how care sectors can better meet the needs and preferences of communities. Across the health, aged, disability and early childhood systems, he is expert at partnering with clients to understand the problem and determine a practical and evidence-based path forward.
From evaluation to strategy design and delivery, Conrad cuts through the complex and supports government and service providers to better capture, understand and act on data – for public good. He does this through collaborative project design and delivery that centre’s the perspectives of key stakeholders, including those accessing and delivering services. He is diligent, collaborative and committed.
Conrad has supported state and federal government agencies with substantive reform agendas including in evaluating multi-year programs in primary care, regional health, aged care, palliative care and early childhood education and care. He’s also supported some of the country’s largest not for profits and service providers to set ambitious strategic agendas and organise for impactful delivery Dementia Australia, Goodstart Early Learning and the Royal Flying Doctors Service.
Conrad is committed to enhancing equity of care access and is experienced leading considered co-design processes involving people living with dementia, older Australians, children, LGBTIQA+ communities and First Nations Peoples.
