Ben Cockrell
Executive ManagerBen leads client engagement for Vitality at Quantium Health, where he drives development and deployment of data-driven solutions to enhance healthcare delivery and patient experience. With over 20 years’ expertise in strategic customer experience and analytics transformation, he specializes in deploying AI and analytics solutions to solve complex healthcare challenges, with particular focus on hyper-personalization and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Quantium, Ben served as Director of Strategic Customer Experience & Transformation at PwC Strategy&, where he pioneered data-driven customer experience managed services and delivered transformative programs achieving strong commercial returns.
At Havas Health CX, he led the development and launch of “Converged,” an $8M investment in data-driven omnichannel customer experience solutions for healthcare providers, and successfully scaled the London practice from launch to 20 staff within 10 months.
Throughout his career, Ben has demonstrated exceptional ability in developing and deploying AI solutions, including advising clients on AI strategy and the impact of Generative AI on their marketing, sales and service functions. His expertise in data and analytics has been recognized through his selection for the DataIQ Top 100 most influential data practitioners. Ben holds a BSc. in Computer Science and Management Sciences from the University of Warwick.
