Throughout her career, Ana has led multiple high-impact projects including the development of financial regulatory frameworks for aged care providers, COVID-19 response analytics, and healthcare compliance monitoring systems. She has pioneered innovative approaches to healthcare analytics, including the development of sophisticated projection models for workforce planning and interactive dashboards for nationwide healthcare reforms.

Ana is recognised as a rising leader in healthcare analytics, receiving the 2023 Women Leading Tech Rising Star award for her contributions to the Australian aged care sector, her strong leadership of analytical teams, and her commitment to mentoring female colleagues.

Ana holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University. She is a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA) and was previously an Associate with the Actuaries Institute of Australia.
