We have an exciting new opportunity for a senior level Human Resources Business Partner to join us supporting our Graduate and Early Career employee cohorts and their People Leaders! Reporting to the Executive, Performance and Business Partnering, you will play a key role in developing our graduate populations and shape their career journeys as well as providing coaching, guidance and commercial advice to business stakeholders.
You will take full ownership for leading and driving the end-to-end people lifecycle spanning, performance management, remuneration and promotions, resource planning and talent management, HR policies, mobility, and legislative requirements and management of HR data and processes.
This role will have the opportunity to build deep working relationships with key internal stakeholders, particularly your peers across People & Culture, including the Graduate Academy and Learning & Development teams.
This is a permanent full-time role, based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in inner Sydney in a hybrid working capacity.
About you
You will be a Human Resources professional, with business partnering experience in an analytics, technology, or consulting business. Experience within start up, scale up businesses will be highly desirable. A thorough understanding of Graduate and Early Careers employee cohorts and people leaders is essential, this may be through talent management, program management or HR partnering experience.
You must have the ability to navigate ambiguity and work at pace while maintaining quality, in a high change evolving environment. You will be self-driven and show curiosity through your creative problem-solving skills and capability to bring new ideas and initiatives to life.
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a clear communicator able to influence, coach and guide stakeholders to positive business outcomes and enjoy collaborating with your team and mentoring others. You will need to be in the detail and understand HR’s impact operationally, have a commercial and strategic mindset, with the highest levels of confidentiality.
