We have hybrid in-person and virtual operations across multiple locations within North America and are now looking for an Executive Assistant to support the team.
The role will report to our Senior Vice President, US Markets and support them and the executive team with calendar and email management, meeting coordination and document preparation, travel coordination, expense management and supporting sales and business development activities. As well as take responsibility for office management, events and communications, including assisting with any new starters, induction and IT resource support, company wide events (Quantium Day) or local team events, marketing initiatives and general team and US based communications and information distribution.
As the Executive Assistant, you will be a central point not only for the team but also globally as you will have the opportunity to liaise with other EA’s and teams based in EMEA and our Sydney, Australia Head Quarters. You will also need to manage any vendor relationships including our shared workspace relationships in multiple cities.
We are open to San Francisco, Chicago, Nashville or New York based candidates.
You will be an experienced Executive Assistant or have similar experience supporting an executive team, with an understanding of office management processes and event coordination.

- have high attention to detail, with exceptional written skills who can create and distribute communications
- enjoy marketing activities, event management with have a creative flair who enjoys seeing ideas come to life
